Oil Types
“CORTIJO DE GOBANTES” UNFILTERED VIRGIN EXTRA OLIVE OIL
As its name indicates, is not processed in anyway, avoiding even filtration. It is pure olive “juice” from the Cordoba and Seville areas, and a 100% from the HOJIBLANCA olive variety. Its fruity flavor has hints of apple, mellon, etc. It is very pleasing because it brings out the spice and bitterness of this variety.
“CAPICUA” VIRGIN EXTRA OLIVE OIL
Comes from a mixture of two varieties: Hojiblanca and Picual.
This combination gives it the characteristical flavor from the cities of Jaen and Seville. A high fruitness has been mantained, as well as a slight bitterness, which is especially appropriate in salads, bread etc. It is also excellent for frying, as it contains high oleic acids.
“CAPICUA” INTENSIVE OLIVE OIL
It is made of 70% Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 30% refined olive oil, its taste and color are much lighter than Extra Virgin Olive oil.
It is especially recommended for frying and cooking.
�CAPICUA� MILD OLIVE OIL
Is made of a 40% Extra Virgin and a 60% refined, which makes its flavor and colour much lighter. Suitable for when you prefer a softer taste of the oil, and goes well with stew or vegetables.
�CAPICUA� POMACE OLIVE OIL
Leader in it’s market segment, is prepared using only the best quality ingredients.
Coreysa refines Pomace Olive Oil at its own premises, and by adding a 25% of Extra Virgin Olive Oil,the distinguishing Light Olive oil taste,
Product is ideal for frying or for stews, due to it’s high content of Oleic Acid.
�CAPICUA� 80% HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER
oil is leader in its market segment, due to quality of the product, with at least 80% Oleic acid (as shown on label), making it a much longer working Sunflower oil (3 times more).
Frying gets lighter and crunchier,it doesn’t mix the flavors and contains all the benefits of Omega 9 acid, which is present at an even higher rate than in Extra Virgin. Specially indicated for the food industry professionals, as it can get up to 180º, without fumes or foam, with a great profitability.
�CAPICUA� HIGH OLEIC SEEDS OIL
As “Healthy Frying” products experts, Coreysa has investigated innovations that can increase the quality of our oils for many years, as well as caring for the frying output, obtaining a drier, crunchier and lighter frying.
The new Capicua High Oleic oil seeds, is designed to fill in the need for good frying with seeds oils, thanks to its 60% Oleic acid content, as well as for its greater ressistance to high temperatures. It can last up to two times more than other sunflower or seeds oils. Although it is thought with Food Industry professionals in mind, we have also developed it for family use, due to it’s great performance and higher levels of quality, as it has a higher content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
�CAPISOL� SUNFLOWER OIL
Is refined at our premises, and packed with nitrogen (Inert Atmosphere System), which results in a greater control of the peroxides until bottle is opened.
�CAPISEM� SEEDS OIL
Is a mixture of Sunflower and Soya oil in different proportions. Its colour is very similar to sunflower oil, and its resistance when cooked also equals the standard sunflower oils.
